Our goal is to take homes that are old and tired, but not quite dead, and revitalizing them without taking away their character. I love the different set of challenges they present.

• The York River House

  York River, York Me. This historic 1697 3900 Sq. Ft. home, designed by Salmon Falls Architects, was a total renovation preserving all of the original floors and millwork. An 1800 Sq. Ft. addition, with a new kitchen, family room connector to the garage with a second floor master suite was added on the riverside.

• The Winebaum Cuppola House

  On this turn of the century home we renovated an existing kitchen, tore down an attached barn and built a 2430 Sq. Ft. attached addition. Its main feature is a standing seam copper cupola on the center of the roof. A new facelift was applied to the main house two years later.

• The Tarlton Addition Project

  We are adding on a two story family room and master bedroom suite to this circa 1780’s home, down on the waterfront in New Castle N.H. We removed the existing family room and deck above, and are replacing it with a new structure. November 2010 completion.

• Main St. Eliot, Maine

  We gave this 1870’s Classic story and a half a new facelift with all new trim, siding insulation and new wiring.
